The Chameleons

Listen very carefully…Allo Allo is coming to The Compass Theatre this July!

Thursday 4th July, 7.45pm
Friday 5th July, 7.45pm
Saturday 6th July, 3.00pm and 7.45pm

Based on the hugely successful British television series this uproarious comedy relates the adventures of a hapless café owner, René, in occupied France. You can see all of your favourite TV characters in the flesh as they navigate how to deal with a priceless portrait stolen by the Nazis hidden in a sausage in their cellar where two British airmen are also hiding. News that the Führer is scheduled to visit the town inspires tricksters disguised as Hitler to frequent the cafe while René summons all the wit he can muster to save his café and his life. Save the date for panto!

The Chameleons and Dick Whittington
have packed their nap-sacks and are heading back in to panto! Oh yes, they are!

We are delighted to announce that we will be performing, once again, in our local community at The Church of Ascension Hall, The Avenue, Wembley. This allows us to add some car parking and a licensed bar to the facilities provided at our last panto venue.

This production will bring you everything you’ve come to rely upon from a group with over 50 years of experience providing first class family entertainment.

Returning to the role of Musical Director is Janette Hutchinson bringing with her a wealth of experience across a range of shows. She will be joined by Rachel Spolander as Director who has choreographed a number of our pantomimes alongside a range of principal roles.

Dick makes the bold decision to head to London to seek his fortune meeting a talking Cat called Tom, a Wizard , the lovely Alice and so many more friends along the way. Fuelled by his own personal and wicked ambitions, King Rat stands between him and success.

Join us this December (16th – 2pm & 6pm / 17th 2pm) for laughter, song and dance and plenty of puns. We can also confirm that two of our performance (Sat 6pm / Sun 2pm) with be accompanied by a BSL signer.

We’re finalising our box office very shortly so follow along on our event page for details to avoid disappointment and set you and your family up for the perfect start to a Chameleons Christmas!
